Title: How to proceed with DX in the Osaka University style – A challenge from “nothing”.

Abstract: Osaka University is promoting DX in education, research and management. We have built an infrastructure (OUID and OU Human Resource Data Platform) to provide services that touch the lives of not only current students, faculty and staff, but also all those involved in the Osaka University community, and will present the results of this work. We will also introduce how we are utilizing generative AI as part of our business DX. We will also discuss how we overcame the challenges of promoting DX, such as “lack of human resources,” “lack of money,” “lack of strategy,” and “lack of organization management.
